The charges

One-off form creation - £40+VAT

Creation of either a Mobile or Online form (based on the form being no more than 5 A4 pages) to include :-

- building questions
- branded Word/ PDF Layout to match existing form
- html email for sharing/ trigger
- setup to send completed Layout by email
- screen layout (if an Online form)

Larger forms will be quoted for once seen by us.

Existing form changes - £20/ hour+VAT

If you already have an existing form built within the system then we can make the necessary changes you require. Unfortunately due to the volume of change requests we receive we are unable to make changes for free within the License subscriptions charged.

Change requests can include:-

- questions added/ removed
- form layouts revised for address/logo changes
- new triggers/ sharing options
- Custom Reports added/ amended.

WORK and ENTERPRISE MANAGER set-up & configuration

We know that many people are busy with their 'day jobs' and as much as they want to get up and running with pro-Forms as soon as they can, in reality their own work will take precedent. So, for £375/ half day or £700/ full day, we will get the system set-up and configured ready for you to start using it.

Depending on which Plan you have selected this would include:-

- creating jobs types and adding relevant forms to each
- altering forms to be pre-populated with job data e.g. customers, addresses, contacts
- import customers and sites
- import future planned jobs
- create asset types & add custom fields
- import exisiting assets
- add asset locations

Half day training - £375+VAT

Request for a site visit - time + travel expenses charged

Should a site visit be requested, we look to charge for the time spent on-site plus travel time along with receovery of travel expenses.

We successfully conduct our meetings and project delivery by MS Teams or Webex as we try to help our Customers to be time and resources efficient whilst reducing our own carbon footprint through a reduction in travel.
