Aimed directly at organisations looking for cost effective ways to manage a remote workforce and/ or manage assets of all kinds, both new Plans contain the very best features to ensure outstanding value for money.
WORK MANAGER Plan - all in one field service solution
Our WORK MANAGER Plan removes the headaches & stress levels for your admin teams planning, organising and managing remote workers carrying out jobs away from their office location.Providing a visual job planner which updates job statuses and worker locations in real-time from their mobile app means you will always have up-to-the-minute information to stay in control and keep your customers informed and involved as work proceeds.Life becomes easier too for on-site workers thanks to the practical features of the pro-Forms® mobile app including pre-population of Customer and job information on mobile forms to be completed against the job, the ability to read full job, Customer and site access notes and the attachment of helpful documents to the job e.g. PDFs of wiring diagrams, layout plans etc.
Also included in the Plan are a number of other features requested by our system users such as Quotes, stock & vehicle management and a whole Health & Safety module, meaning you can run your in-house and field team activities conveniently and compliantly from the one system.

ENTERPRISE MANAGER - integrated Job & Asset management software
Our ENTERPRISE MANAGER Plan builds on the foundations of our job & field worker Plan by adding fully integrated and powerful asset management and workflow automation. The Plan is aimed at users requiring a fully integrated solution for managing their assets, issuing service maintenance and other job types out to field staff supported by pre-populated customised mobile forms. Our powerful asset management solution can be used for virtually any type of asset and provides all the key features required by asset and facilities managers including check-in/ check-out, barcode scanning, asset location mapping & tracking, asset purchase & disposal information, service & maintenance job planning and full, comprehensive reporting. And, as you would expect all this is backed up by our first class mobile app available for both Android and iOS devices as well as workflow automation and a self-service Customer portal to help reduce the burden of low level admin time on your staff.
The Plan includes all the features of the WORK MANAGER plus :-
Based on feedback from our existing users and industry partners we believe the new Plans have a clear focus for meeting the needs of field service maintenance and asset management companies whilst maintaining our flexible pricing policy of a 30-day rolling License, no long-term lock in period, only paying for mobile app users (no cost for admin/ office staff) and the ability to vary user numbers every 30 days.
